Make today the day that you remind yourself of what you want.
  • Get active
  • Be devoted to motion... motion devotion as my pastor says!
  • Run or walk that extra 5 minutes
  • Drink water
  • Make that healthy choice at the restaurant
  • Or better yet choose to eat at home
